This place is a joke and they will try and scam you!!!!!!! The branch manager at this location is unbelievably rude and a crook. We dropped our skid steer off months ago for repairs after I didn't pull the interior drain plugs and hosed the floor pan out. Come to find out the main fuse panel is behind one of the plastic wall panels. Fast forward we get an emailed estimate to replace and repair everything and we agreed to everything. Stay away!!! Ocala location has the worst customer service. Liers!!!!... broke a hydro line on excavator i rented in the first 10 minutes, I call them and they said some one from Jacksonville will be on the way, many hours went by, then they said they will have someone from ocala bring a hose, many hours went by again and a no show, then they have me , the customer fix it.
