ALWAYS has the rental..tech support.ir parts I need to keep the job moving.Have several bobcat skidders.Only had 1 issue with a machine still under warranty, that service team went above and beyond. Excellent customer service as far as we are concerned
Always good service
Rented an Mt100 with a soil conditioner attachment for a lawn install. Was rained out over the weekend and was not able to use the machine. Brought it back and explained my situation and asked if I could receive a rollover on what I paid so that i could actually use the machine to which i was told no. Basically paid $500 to drive the machine home and back to the rental location with no usage of the machine at all. Very disappointed in the customer service, wanted to try again but unfortunately will have to look elsewhere.
I purchased a MT100 with a few attachments and Mark MenNell the sales rep was high quality customer service and support in every step of the process. I highly recommend to contact him
