Do not come here. Save your time as well because they won’t even pick up the call. The worst experience ever, the vet has this discustingly passive aggressive attitude that showed no passion for dogs. Unprofessional as he asked me what the ‘colour’ of my puppy is. One of the most unprofessional clinics I’ve ever encountered. While they may get the job done, the manner in which they handle both animals and clients is unacceptable. The vet treated my mother’s dog with unnecessary aggression — at one point even throwing him to the ground by his fur after he tried to snap. Yes, this dog can be reactive due to a medical condition, but that’s exactly why we bring him to professionals who should be trained to manage such behaviour with care and understanding. Good service. Gave cat vaccine and regular check up, vet was very nice and understanding. Receptionist was also very kind and helpful.
