LOVE LOVE the survive. Came in to get a bouquet of flowers for my sisters graduation and it was last minute and the owner went out of her way to get me my flowers and even stayed back an HOUR to get my flowers ready. Love the service and will defiantly come back and recommend to other people.Â
Ordered a red rose bouquet and couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out, the florist told me they would be ready within the hour, turned up and everything was thought out for me, will definitely be ordering from here from now onÂ
Very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers well in advance (2/10) through their website. The confirmation email said “delivery or pickup,” so I went to the store around 9:30am to collect them, but the shop was closed. When the florist arrived, she said the bouquet wasn’t ready and that delivery was included. I was supposed to receive a bouquet that my partner had ordered well in advance for a special occasion, but it never arrived on time. He went to the store early in the morning to pick it up, but was told not to worry or wait because it would be sent with the courier and delivered before 1pm.
