Rock Hard was the only company answering their phone after 6 PM on a Friday evening. They were on sight within 45 minutes. Gave me a honest assessment. They diagnosed the electrical issue quickly and identified the part that went bad. Had everything fixed and fully serviced very quickly, and now the freezer is getting easily 20 degrees colder going well below zero.
