Greatest place ever
I could not believe this was a functional business because the staff was very rude. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, even if they were the like business anywhere. I’m posting the recording.
I ordered funeral flowers and expected them to be what I had ordered. When I got the picture of them. They did not look very much the same. I feel like they did not add the quantity of flowers that I paid for when I called the woman did nothing but argue with me on the phone instead of having good customer service. She kept repeatedly telling me that they didn’t have fresh flowers in stock, and that is why they could not make the peace look the way it was supposed to you are a florist. I called Tuesday morning at 9 AM to order flowers to be delivered at a residence that was a block away from the store . The flowers were not delivered and the money was not taken off of my card. I ordered flowers from somewhere else and neighbored delivery in an hour. I called Wednesday morning at 9 AM to cancel the order they hung up on me. I recommend you stay as far away from this place as you possibly can they are rude and inconsiderate and they must have an abundance of business.
