I have been a patient here for over 13 years, and I feel it’s important to share how much things have changed. Dr. Spruill was excellent, and I had a very positive experience for many years. However, since his retirement in 2024 and the move to a new location, the level of care and professionalism has declined significantly. This has been an absolute nightmare. The work ethic is missing here. They will say they are going to respond to an email or give you a call, then 2 weeks later email you asking to call the office to schedule a call. What is more, they completely misrepresent words and increase miscommunication between parties. Lack of work ethic, lack of clear communication, gaslighting and other issues. I had the therapist suggest we do a session exactly matching what we had already done as if they had no memory or record of it.
