Not reliable, there are many good trade printers out there. Not recommended at all. I start to change mind for all those that I mistakenly recommended lep to them.
If you're in search of a reliable and professional company, it's advisable to steer clear of them. Unfortunately, their approach is highly unprofessional. In the event of any issue, the first response is often placing blame on the customer, followed by unexpected charges. Regrettably, even after such inconveniences, achieving a satisfactory resolution remains elusive.
