I recently had Leo Sod as a vendor on our new beautiful home project. Within a few days after Leo Sod installed our grass, about 35-40% started to turn brown. According to Leo Sod, the grass had fungus. The Rep who handles our account initially told our builder that the one area where the grass was brown was shady and due to lack of water it wouldn’t survive. I paid Leo's Sod, LLC a 50% deposit on July 29, 2021, which included an estimate of 9 pallets of sod. It took over a month (34 days) to start the new sod installation. Herbicide spraying was delayed, then scheduled and rescheduled several times by the company's Sales Representative (REP). An afternoon appointment was set with the REP at our property but the REP did not show up and no phone call, no apology. Leo's sod installed my lawn on about March 18, 2018. The first pallet of sod laid down did not look healthy and began dying almost immediately. I notified Leo's and after several visits they agreed to replace the dead sod. It is now September and I am still waiting for my sod. I have received numerous excuses from they can't get sod to they're busy with other jobs. I would not recommend this company.
