I had a new roof put on in 2022. I noticed a small leak from around a vent when it rains heavy. Should be a simple 30 min fix, but I can’t get him to come out and look at it. I’ll pay him for it, I’m not trying to get a freebie, even though a year old roof shouldn’t leak. I tried for two years, but he dodges my phone calls. I have to call from blocked numbers to get through, then he no shows when he says he’s going to come. This has happened 3 times now. Do not recommend. A little customer service goes a long way.
