Erroneously charging for chemicals & services not used or performed. I visibly watched them service our pool & they didn’t do 5/6 items billed for. Used my chemicals and then charged for theirs. Billed for a weekly service and didn’t show up for 4 weeks straight and promise after promise. So disappointing my pool turned lime green and had to let them go. Upset they continued to bill me for chemicals and services never performed even after cancellation. Please do better!
