I would NOT return to Leo's and would not recommend anyone else giving him business. When I bought something that didn't work out, I returned it and he gave me a $40 credit slip instead of a refund. It was a reasonable policy and I accepted that. But when I returned to use the credit and I picked out the four items I wanted, he tallied them up in his head and told me that I'd need to pay an additional $15 over the $40 on the slip. I had an extremely negative experience with Leo’s Plumbing and Heating in Vancouver and feel compelled to warn others. I discovered a broken pipe in my garden and, hoping for a quick fix, called Leo as he was the nearest plumber. To his credit, one of his workers did arrive promptly, turned off the city water, and connected us to a neighbour’s water supply. The worker told me he suspected a broken water main. Plumber came on Dec 23 3024 and replaced a flapper on our toilet. It did not work as the flapper does not go down in the correct place. Water is still running which was the problem before he came. I have phoned Leo’s at least a dozen time and he promised a plumber once, otherwise he says he will phone me back in 10 mins, but never does.i paid him $314 for the work.

Extremely unhelpful over the phone. Called asking for a basic plumbing part, something every store should have in stock & he laughed at me and hung up. What a piece of work

Avoid Leo’s. We used Leo growing up and I called him when I needed a basement laundry sink replaced at my mom’s place (I was out of town). 1) The quality of work and craftsmanship is awful. Bracing for the sink is four stacked 2x with gaps, is not squared up with the sink, and each piece of wood is different lengths. 2) A bathroom sink faucet was installed, not a laundry sink faucet. 3) He charged $4,200 for this garbage. 4) He is screening my calls and not replying to my emails. Call another plumber.
