Rip Off Experts – I have a 1995 Toyota T100 that needed a Catalytic Converter because it was stolen. I Googled supposedly "reputable" Muffler Shop and came up with Leo's Muffler Shop in San Jose, CA. I am from Fremont, CA so I called this shop on Thursday, 3/1/2012 and talked to Steve on the phone. He quoted me $250 for the Catalytic Converter installed.
