Based on my experience as someone who has not only visited this shop a considerable number of times but also received service, the business consistently demonstrates poor management practices that create an unprofessional work environment. I called as soon as the open. They picked up the phone and helped me get a price estimate over the phone. I got off work late but they closed at 6:00pm! I arrived at 5:30 and they were able to get me in. They checked my oil levels and changed my oil on spot and fixed my broken muffler pipe. My car was so loud I couldn’t stand driving it around for another day! I’m happy they’re were able to get me in right away and for a great price too! Highly recommend
