Leo is a nice man. That said, he has caused me a lot of headache. He will not read emails fully, he will not listen to you properly over the phone. This resulted in me getting the wrong service (despite asking for a specific Subaru KM increment logbook service), and having to go back again to get him to do what needed to be done. Once again when i got there he was surprised by a missed item when I double checked what needed to be done. I am not a mechanic.
