Great gym! Friendly people and the 8 am foundations/low impact class is amazing and doable for any fitness level!
Great gym with a strong community type of feel. This gym is good for people who have never lifted a weight or exercised as well as someone who is advanced in their fitness journey. Gym is clean and consistent as well.
Best gym in Southern Illinois. Great coaches and a great atmosphere. All ages and fitness levels have a place here.
