I've been using Leo's Cleaner's for over a year, but my recent experience was disappointing and left me feeling let down. The cleaning service itself was fine, but there were several issues that arose during the process. My bowtie, suit protective bag, and favorite shirt were lost or damaged during cleaning. I was surprised they would misplace something as personal as a bowtie. The buttons on my shirt were also crushed, which is unfortunate.
