Leo's is great until they don't tighten your oil plug completely. Then they deny all liability and the person you will deal with Michelle will give you a line of shit a mile long regarding how she thinks the plug fell out. She'll tell you the neighbors loosened it, your car has multiple recall (even though the manufacturer says none exist). Highly reccomend Brittany and Robert at Leo'sOil Change, they went above hope's and expectations! They were 5 star all the way. Both were fast and effecient and even knew the answer to a question about my oil filter that I really didnt think they could answer but Robert knew the answer and then some! Honesty and trust is a really important factor when getting your car serviced and these two made me feel secure and even left me happier than before I was serviced.
