your employee Greg came through in the lobby, said that we were wasting his break because our terminals were down and couldn’t take orders through the drive-through was insanely rude and called me a smart ass which honestly made me never want to use Leo’s tire shop or mechanic shop at all in the future. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Front desk lady will argue with you and doesn’t even know what she’s talking about. Haven’t met someone this rude that doesn’t want to do their job. Screaming at her young children the whole time.
I had to travel long distance to my destination. Their equipment and trucks and flawless. I never felt more safe, then driving in their truck. We made it safe and sound. I would highly recommend using this family owned business. A+++
Greg was fantastic! I had an idea on what my problem was, but he asked to look it over just to make sure. Then after he diagnosed it, he sat down with me to go over possibilities and options. I brought my car back to him the next day and he got the repair done within the day! I’ll definitely be back!
