My car insurance company scheduled a tow through this company and gave me an ETA. When that time passed, I called and was told the driver was finishing another tow and that I was next—just to give them about 45 minutes. Over an hour later, I tried calling several more times (3–4 calls) with no answer. They never called to update me, and I eventually found out they had closed without notifying me or canceling the job properly. My go-to repair shop! Leo and the crew are very efficient. I highly recommend this repair shop. They know what they're doing! They accept only cash for now but will be doing cards in the future.
It’s never a pleasant experience when you have to order a tow truck but my tow guy Josh was awesome. He arrived quickly before the estimated ETA and was very respectful. He took such care with my vehicle since it is so low to the ground to not scratch the underside while putting it up on truck. Hope I don’t need a tow truck again anytime soon but if I do I know who I’m calling.
