Beautiful place and manager.
I overall love living here. However, the continued water intrusion that has no foreseeable fix or resolution has me beyond disheartened. I am concerned for my own health at this point. In addition it annual rent increase when I have such conditions in my apartment is sad/exhausting. Unfortunately, the price and location are prime...and the cost of moving is unattainable. Other amenities are great. The pool is amazing and the residents are friendly. I enjoy the underground parking.
We adore our apartment here! We love the open concept set up of the apartment, the big windows and stunning views. Management and maintenance are very responsive. The community is wonderful and welcoming, it’s an amazing place to call home.
Convenient location. Well connected to shops. Friendly staff. Well maintained apartments.
