Efficient sales department who gave me all the Neccessary assistance in getting the car. I recommend them for finance or outright purchase.
Though I did not buy the vehicle, but I was really impressed by their high standards of customer service. Farah had been genuinely helpful and considering my concerns and passing them to the General Manager, Omar who had been incredibly honest and respectful. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way something that you rarely experience with any other auto dealership across GTA. These guys tries to rush and sell warranty and cars without giving much time. When we ask them , they keep lying and change words. They sell warranty which is useless and they sell cars at very high price and try to ignore or be rude when we ask qsns later. They make us add warranty by saying loan doesn’t get approved without warranty. When we say we don’t want the car, they say sale is done and we cannot do anything about it.
