I am very disappointed with both the condition of the car I purchased and the customer service I received. After purchasing the car, the A/C stopped working. Despite multiple visits, the dealership was unable to fix the main issue, which was later diagnosed by my mechanic as a leaking condenser. I went to this place yesterday to look at cars and the staff did not acknowledge me at all when I needed help. I was standing for 15 minutes while two of the staff were hovered over the phone, when one of them could have easily helped me. I just left because of the disrespect and lack of assistance.
