This was my first visit, and I came in excited to go darker brunette. I even mentioned how damaging bleach is to my hair hence the desire to stay dark. Unfortunately, despite my reference photos bleach was used, and while the color can be corrected, the damage is done. It was definitely disappointing, but I still think Caroline is super talented. I’d definitely go back; I’d just make sure to be extra clear next time to avoid any miscommunication.
Caroline is amazing she’s so patient and extremely professional the best hair stylist in town hands down after so many failed attempts to get the shade of blond hair that matches my skin color she nailed it I’m absolutely obsessed with my hair
