It's nice product as we need
Chad was fantastic to deal with, went above and beyond. Also a very respectful salesman, never made us feel pressured. Delivery and set up was very quick and efficient. Overall fantastic service.

Delivery by Abstract was fine – no issues there. The problem was everything Leon’s did before it left their warehouse. The recliner came fully pre-assembled (I never asked for that), no manual, and there was no cable visible anywhere. Naturally, we thought the cable was missing. I called the front desk for help and got nothing – they said they’d “check and order a cable if needed” and never called back. It was obvious they had no idea how the product was handled.
