We bought a sectional sofa from them as the one we wanted was on backorder. When it arrived we opened the undamaged boxes. one half was okay but the other half had apparently already been assembled and had a tear at the seam of the fixed cushion and discolouration below it. If it was returned why was it repackaged and sent back out again? After fighting to get through to customer service we have been told they will replace it in December as they no longer have stock..
