My girlfriend and I were worried about feeling pressured while we look around and dealing with a pushy salesperson. Ali gave an outstanding experience allowing us to take our time and checking in periodically working with us at our pace offering advice only when we asked. We went to another store and decided to come back and purchase here because of the customer service Ali gave. Great Leon’s location.
Terrible customer service. Quality of the furniture looks and feels cheap. Selection is limited for such a large store. No reason to go back.
We had a great experience buying a washing machine with Ali B.! He even made our son super happy by giving him a little toy Leon’s truck.
Update March 25, 2025 This store manager who likes to promptly respond to Google reviews is dishonest. I was originally denied a full refund as it was ‘final sale’ and only offered in store credit. Leon’s never once initiated communication with me at all. After 4 months of wasted time, frustration, miscommunication and lies, offering me the ‘courtesy’ of paying even more money for a lower quality product is not an appropriate recourse to for my inconvenience.
