PAIVI at leons was fabulous to work with. She was very informative, kind and patient. She was not pushy and did not try and sell us anything we weren't looking for. In the end we bought our sectional feeling very informed and everything we could possibly ask was answered. I would highly recommend working with PAIVI when you visit leons.
We receive very good customer service from Paivi.
Careful if you buy furniture from this store. We were told we would get free cushions for our sectional after we purchased it. They called us to pick them up and it was two bed pillows. Apparently, those are the free cushions you get with a couch...except that is not what we were told, or what was insinuated. Not to mention when we brought it up with customer service it was fluffed off with ' those are the pillows you get' Honestly would not have wasted my time driving to the store for that..probably won't purchase from here... read more
