Buying the couch at the store was actually a great experience, but I’m so disappointed in the delivery. It was a nightmare. The first team that showed up didn't even put in an effort. They took one look, decided it was too hard, and gave up without trying. I showed the second team a different entrance into the unit that I assured them would work.
