1-star is too high for this store. My elderly parents purchased a new stove this summer. The salesperson (Emma) opened the oven door and pointed out how nice it was. But, she did NOT advise that the oven had NO SELF-CLEAN option. My parents are in their late 70s and my mum is disabled. She struggles to breathe with any exertion (eg climbing a set of stairs). We bought a sectional sofa from them as the one we wanted was on backorder. When it arrived we opened the undamaged boxes. one half was okay but the other half had apparently already been assembled and had a tear at the seam of the fixed cushion and discolouration below it. If it was returned why was it repackaged and sent back out again? After fighting to get through to customer service we have been told they will replace it in December as they no longer have stock.. My wife broke her arm she can not sleep in bed so we bought a recliner we told the sales person what we need we saw one the wife liked and tried it so we bought it we get it home it worked for a bit but the foot rest would not stay up the back rest started doing the same thing so we went to leons in Collingwood they said a guy would have to look at it .he showed up and said these recliners do not lock which the one on show room did .
