We purchased a Sealy queen-size mattress from Leon's in January 2024, expecting it to provide years of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. After only six months, the mattress began to sag and sink where we slept. We contacted Leon's, and they arranged for an inspector to assess the mattress. We were told that the depth of the sagging did not meet the manufacturer's warranty requirements, so our claim for a replacement was denied.
