My A/C went out so I reached out to Leon's. Once everything was troubleshooted we determined that I needed a whole new system. They sent a quote over quickly with everything I needed for a complete new Trane system (old system was different manufacturer). First of all, the guys were extremely polite and respectful. They made me wait around 3 days to come out and tell me they can't fix my problem at the time they showed up and would have to come back but couldn't tell me when they would be back. By the time they called to come i was out of town so i told them i was finding a different route to fix my issue. I still received a bill a couple weeks later for the common electric part that this electrical company told me they didnt have (and they never install at my house). Promt service???
