I needed an old pool deck updated and a friend recommended Leon’s Construction and I’m so glad we hired them to do the work. Fermin made recommendations that improved the appearance and the functionality of the outdoor kitchen. His crew showed up, worked and always cleaned before leaving for the day. The prices were fair and the work was great. We’ve had at least one or two projects per year in the past 10 years and this was the best experience with a contractor we have had.

I can honestly say I am indebted to Fermin and his crew! He not only correctly diagnosed (after many other theories) a LONG standing shower (accessed by the ceiling in the kitchen, no less) plumbing issue, but he saved me several thousands of dollars by doing so! I can't say enough good things about Fermin. He is responsive, timely, and does great work. When we're not sure what we want, he is patient and waits for us to decide. When we run into an issue, he helps us figure it out. We haven't had the greatest luck with contractors in the past and I'm so thankful to have found Fermin. He is a professional and doesn't overcharge you. We will absolutely request his services for additional projects in the future.
