Me and my mom came in on a friday morning. It was our first dine in experience, and we’ve heard great things about Leons. The food was great and a very reasonable price. However our server was a middle ages blonde lady, she never checked on us to the point where we had to ask the girl behind the bar(she was amazing and much more helpful than our server) for boxes and lemon. overall the food was amazing but probably won’t be back due to the service
I ordered through Uber Eats and a lady at Leons said they do not use Uber Eats. I told them they accepted the order, and they are absolutely on there. She said there was no way they accepted the order. Then while trying to resolve the situation, no cursing, just bluntly, she hung up on me. Screenshots attached for proof they're on Uber Eats. Now I can't get a refund through either Uber Eats, because they said they can't give a refund once a restaurant accepts an order, or Leons because they "do not use Uber Eats".
