Terrible. Never picks up the phone. He first sold the car and asked $1000 more later to mail the title to my 60 yrs old grandma. Tried to scam her. Scammer. I wanted to give him a 0 star if I could.
Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!! What a terrible seller. My friend bought a car and he tried to scam him, asking for more money than the deal. Threatened him by saying, he wont send the title until he's paid extra.
Excellent prices for tires and great hospitality would highly recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience. Do NOT buy from this dealer. I purchased a car from this place, and after the sale, the dealer refused to send me the title unless I sent him an extra $300. Unfortunately, I Zelle’d the $300 to a person named Oscar Ochoa Bayona, as instructed — and I still never received the title. I've been trying to contact him for over 3 weeks. Nunca compres un vehículo con esta compañía en especial con persona llamada Julian Ochoa. Compré un toyota yaris 2016 que al día siguiente el carro no encendía. Lo Llevé con el nuevamente y resulta que la cadena de distribución estaba dañada. En teoría el carro quedó arreglado pero hay ocasiones que el carro no quiere encender. Tendré que llevarlo nuevamente. Este no es un caso en particular, puedes revisar las opiniones en Facebook Market Place y aquí mismo y veras que él vende carros defectuosos.
