Very good customer service, they allowed me to charge my car even though I wasn’t a customer.
Had my car repaired here based on insurance recommendation. The repair took time and was just ok. Had various issues which needed manufacture to address... Still working on resolving them. Had repeated issues. Their customer service is ok.
These guys are excellent. The customer service is great the workmanship is incredible. I have an insurance claim on my Model 3 that the did the work for. They went above and beyond. The biggest delay was getting the windshield from Tesla. Customer service 10/10 Workmanship 10/10 I highly recommend them for any body work. Daniel Guarino worked with me explained everything clear and concise, very professional and great to do business with.
