A terrible service that doesn’t respect the basics of your requests. Avoid entirely.

We have used Leonor's for many years. They do a fine job cleaning and the prices are very reasonable. We are moving soon and will probably not use them going forward, though. They used to be very good at communicating when they would arrive each time, by text message a day or two in advance. Communication has not been great the last couple of years, and we usually have to be the ones reaching out to them and asking when they will show up. We've used Leonor's for a number of years now. In general, the cleaners do a very thorough job. When things are missed, Leonor is very receptive to feedback on what was missed, and remedying the situation. The prices are very fair. If it tells you anything, we trust them with our house key, and no supervision, and do not think about it. We are very happy with the service they provide!
