Wish I could give negative stars. Every time I have appointment with Leona- she has made me feel like I wasn’t even worth her time and like I was nothing. Her communication is terrible, she’s very condescending and judgmental. She thinks she’s better than everyone else. Forces you on medications instead of trying to find root causes and help in that manner. And her MA has the same attitude and violates privacy rights. Also found it inappropriate running into her after the work day and she reeked of alcohol.

Made my father feel completely disregarded. He’s been going through major health issues and we went in with questions and concerns, nothing was answered or explained. He had testing done two months ago, and she never explained the findings until we were able to get an in-person appointment months later. Telling us there were areas of concerns and recommendations we would have liked to know about way sooner. She just wanted to push it off to other doctors or tell us “it’s not that bad”. The APRN is great. But the people at the desk are super rude

Made me feel like I wasn’t even worth her time. Like I didn’t know what test I had had in the past because she couldn’t see them in my records.lack of communication again made me feel stupid. She is a bad mark on a great office. I have seen other APRNs in the office and drs and have had great service. Just request to see a different provider.
