Dr Frenkel is by far my favorite doctor. He is very knowledgeable, comforting and caring. He always has time for me and never makes me feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I will never switch to another doctor. He’s the best!!
Dr. Frankel is by far one of the best internists that I have experienced. He is professional, knowledgeable in the latest studies, takes time to understand my issues, always patient when I need to review my medications, has a great sense of humor, and has the ability to instantly make me feel comfortable. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this great physician! In addition, both of the nurses, Leslie and Patricia, are very professional.
I would have loved to give this doctor 4 or 5 stars but his attitude on my only 3rd visit was very, very, upsetting and unprofessional. I think that the stressors of working for a huge company - OPTUM has caused him to lose the concern and good etiquette that he should have with his patients. HIS MICRO-AGGRESSIONS and attitude was very distasteful. Let me give you some examples, he walks in saying "I don't have a lot of time for you".
