I had the worst experience with this dentist. Every time I go for a cleaning, the routine is the same: he cleans my teeth, takes an X-ray without explaining why or even showing me the results, and then says goodbye. It's so impersonal and frustrating. This time, when I asked him about my two fillings, he just brushed me off and said, "Next time." My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kim's for the last 7 years (before he moved to this location) and have had a great experience there. He is very knowledgeable and appointments there have been very smooth. I really appreciate having a reliable dentist!
I was looking for a good dentist for regular checkups/cleanings in Bergen County and glad that I found Dr. Kim. There were lots of free parking spots outside, and the waiting room and facilities were very clean with super-friendly office staff. I really liked that Dr. Kim took his time and did the entire cleaning himself. I also told him that my previous dentist (also in Bergen County) had recommended a deep cleaning for my next appointment. After a quick assessment, he said it was not necessary at all.
