Parent company is Manco Homes. House is cheaply and quickly built. We purchased in March 2023 and were told the TRR would be complete before move-in. We are 2 months past move-in and are constantly being rescheduled for completion of the TRR list. Husband and myself stay home so that the workers have access on days that they are supposed to be here, and when we call to see where they're at Bill says "We'll, we rescheduled them because ABC". No notices were given prior to that phone call WE made. Avoid purchasing their homes ... read more
