Every time I visit, the customer service is brilliant with genuine care and follow up. I could use my local Toyota Dealer, but since purchasing my new car with you, I continue to make the 50 minute drive for services. The whole team are friendly and experienced. Thankyou
Avoid unless you like shoddy work. Our family’s experience: my bro in law had his Honda CRV serviced. He said there was a rumble in the back. They said they road tested it and it was normal. Even I could hear it. And I use hearing aids. Rumble and hot metal smell. Over at Traralgon at another dealer a week later the dealer there correctly identified the sound as collapsing wheel bearings. VERY far gone. Great service
If you would like perfunctory service at an inflated rate, I'd recommend getting your car serviced here. They will do what they need to do and no more than that, so if you ask why you're being charged $100 more than the scheduled service fee and they respond, because ' We do extra checks', just ask for the scheduled service, because that's what you'll get anyway.
