The staff at this practice are exceptionally professional. Jeff and Eliza, in particular, took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I never felt rushed. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Kudos to the whole team! My son had gotten something in his eye. It was excruciatingly painful. He couldn’t even open his eye. Rachel stayed back at closing time and was so kind, assuring us that we were welcome. She was just worried about helping him and making sure his eye was okay. Great assessment… checking carefully and ensuring that whatever was in it, was out. Treatment gave instant pain relief. For me my new glasses that I payed about $700 for are no better than the old ones. They should have been stronger not the same as my old ones. I should have gone to the one in McCartin st . But there was a 3 month wait so it shows you they must be a lot better
