We had such a great experience buying our new car through Russell at Leongatha Isuzu UTE. He made the whole process incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated his friendly, no-pressure approach. Highly recommend!
I bought a brand new MUX about 12 months ago, the sales process and staff were really great - But the attitude of the guy behind the service counter is woeful. After 2 attempts at discussing a possible problem and getting nothing but a sour face and negatives back, I now feel I cannot trust my MUX to be treated right here. I am now sorry I bought from here and will get my servicing done elsewhere.
I was warned by multiple locals to go to others in town as the service at our local Isuzu is apparently pretty poor. I decided that considering I have an Isuzu, they would be best able to help so I ignored what others said. How wrong I was. Poor customer service and did not resolve the issue so I took the car elsewhere and had it fixed the same day.
Fantastic people to do business with! Fantastic experience and highly recommend.
