I purchased a polesaw, hedge trimmer and battery last year. At the time of sale the salesperson advised me to lubricate the blades with silicone spray. After 4 months of storage the silicone had caused the blades to jam and the machine wouldn't work. It was sent to Warragul for repair. Closed during open hours- according to the stores advertised hours but no sign on door stating closed today due to illness or whatever etc. Called Warragul store. Was told 'someones coming but I dont know when' so we spent our money elsewhere. Pretty poor service.
