I purchased a polesaw, hedge trimmer and battery last year. At the time of sale the salesperson advised me to lubricate the blades with silicone spray. After 4 months of storage the silicone had caused the blades to jam and the machine wouldn't work. It was sent to Warragul for repair. I assumed that this minor repair would be done under warranty, but no, I received an invoice for $75.00. I was given poor advice, and the co. Will not take responsibility for this. Closed during open hours- according to the stores advertised hours but no sign on door stating closed today due to illness or whatever etc. Called Warragul store. Was told 'someones coming but I dont know when' so we spent our money elsewhere. Pretty poor service.
