My doctor has been good, however I got blood work done and it’s been 2 months since. No one’s contacted me. A patient shouldn’t have to babysit and track info down. The staff should be contacting me. Blood work is ready within a week. With so many negative reviews about staff I’m surprised there’s been no change

Avoid Dr. Brian Mason – Worst Experience Ever I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Brian Mason. I visited him twice, and both times he showed little care or thoroughness in addressing my health concerns. His default recommendation was steroids, with no follow-ups, no examinations, and not even a single test to investigate my condition. I found Dr. Ercole to be very compassionate and professional. He really puts me at ease for my bladder scoping. Top notch!
Right when I walk in, the receptionist was rude…. Then Dr. Ercole ignores all my symptoms, gives me a prescription for vitamin E. No exercises, no ultrasound, or even thought of it could be a pelvic floor Issue (other doctor said it most likely was). Just rushed out the door with a diagnosis that felt rushed and uncaring. We deserve better than this in this country. Who needs free health care when they don’t care about your health. Or at least that’s how I feel as a young man seeing the doctor in Canada in 2024
