I went to Leona's on 91st/Stony Island yesterday around 6:30. There were 9 other patrons in the restaurant. The host asked us to wait while she wiped the tablecloth with a foul smelling cloth and seated us there. When the waitress came over we asked to be moved. We asked for a few minutes to decide what to order and it seemed like 15 minutes passed before she came back. We placed the order, the salad was delivered with no salad dressing.
