In August of 2025 I called and made an on site appointment. I was quoted $200. fee just for the service call then plus, of course, the labor. I said that's fine but while he's here can he also address the electrical issues and my furnace motor? Yes. Fantastic. Jason arrived a half an hour before the appointment time without my being told. Then after he spent about ten minutes simply pulling out a broken inlet regulator for waterflow said he didn't have time to address the other issues that day. I drove almost an hour and came out empty handed. Felt like I was bothering the guy. No help at all. Complete waste of time.
We always get great service at Leonard’s RV. They are a family owned business and have great customer service. Just had a yearly service with Leonard’s RV and will keep coming back!
The staff was very friendly.
These are the most unconcerned people about their customers.I had a question concerning an air conditioner for the camper.Got was, I did not build a camper.How would I know that it's totally very unprofessional?I suggest nobody ever go here
