One of their plumbers tried to brake check me then called me everything under the sun while the other plumber sitting next to him was laughing. Tried asking the businesses politely the next day if they had an email to send my dash cam footage for their information and the receptionist just laughed at me and that I should “address to someone that will care”. No I didn’t use this companies services but I wouldn’t personally use a plumber that tried to cause a car accident for no reason.
had someone around our place to fix our sink which had a leak. their plumber came around, was out in 45 minutes. didn’t bother to ask if they should take their shoes off, basically pushed past me as soon as i opened the door. bad service is one thing but despite being charged the issue with my sink is still occurring and they told me there will be additional charges to send someone back out. unfortunately i am very disappointed with my experience as i had used them before
Tony and his team are absolutely unbelievable! They will go out of their way at anytime of the day, any day to help. So highly recommended, I wouldn't have any other plumber work on my shop or house!
