Hello neighbors, I am here to warn you about working with this outfit. I have used this company 4 times in the past 10 months for various projects around our home (wet bar plumbing, new bathroom plumbing in basement and fixing a leaking toilet). The relationship started out well; Jessie was great at showing up on time and communicating effectively which is more than many contractors we have worked with can say. Made an appointment to have a new toilet installed. Plumber came in, looked at the toilet and said he didn’t have time to install it that day. The secretary knew ahead of time it would not be installed that day and never called to tell us. We hired someone else to install the toilet. We received a bill from Leonard’s Plumbing for a service call (1/2 hour), $94. Very unprofessional.
Great people and great service. I couldn't be happier.
