Been trying for years to reach out to them and their phone doesn't work!
Hired this knave outfit to perform some work in our bathroom. To run pipe to the new shower and put in a flange. Firstly , This plumber violated the ohio plumbing code by using a 1-1/2" pipe to shower pan when the pipe required by code is 2" our system was already 2" to the shower main using a 3x2x3 wye, this plumber ended up using a 2 to 1-1/2 reducer coupling to make the trap connection to the pan. Hello neighbors, I am here to warn you about working with this outfit. I have used this company 4 times in the past 10 months for various projects around our home (wet bar plumbing, new bathroom plumbing in basement and fixing a leaking toilet).
