I met here with a third party to purchase a motorcycle. The woman told me I needed my motorcycle permit/license in hand to register it and get plates. That is not accurate, so I was frustrated. She was adamant and would not let me register my motorcycle. Because of this, I could not physically drive the bike home that day. Sharon did a great job. She made the process simple and was able to get my title successfully transferred from Ohio to PA and new plates issued seamlessly. She was knowledgeable and very thorough and efficient. I recently traded in another vehicle and will certainly go back to Leonard’s and look for Sharon.
