Great friendly service
Help my father out a lot. Two really nice guys were in there. Went to another tag shop in Midway shopping center and they're telling us they need a actual photo of a military medal to get a veterans plate. The Midway place sucks. These guys helped out a lot. Five stars.
I visited this establishment expecting a standard title transfer, but I was met with immediate and unwarranted hostility from the staff member behind the desk. Rather than assisting with my questions, he was dismissive and sharp, completely souring what should have been a positive experience. It is clear why this business maintains a two-star rating; the lack of basic professional courtesy is staggering. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere !! Go anywhere else but here. The most ignorant people you will ever meet. Don't waste your time at this place. And apparently they make up their hours of operation on a day to day basis.
